Gärtringen, 3 February 2026 – With simplepeppol, compacer is launching a simple and fast solution for sending e-invoices. The new one-click service is aimed specifically at occasional senders who want to send an individual or just a few e-invoices quickly, in compliance with legal requirements and without a subscription obligation via Peppol.
What makes simplepeppol special is that the solution does not require users to create an account, register or take out a subscription. Users simply upload their invoices as PDF, JPG, or PNG files. The solution then automatically reads the documents, converts them into the standard Peppol format BIS Billing 3.0 and sends them within 60 seconds via its own certified Peppol Access Point. Billing is per invoice and is clearly calculable: users pay 1.5 per cent of the invoice amount submitted, with a minimum of €2.50 and a maximum of €15.00 per invoice. There are no set-up fees, fixed costs or running costs.
