YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architecture & Strategy: Development, implementation and refinement of modern Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud architectures, as well as the definition of governance and security policies.
• Client consulting: Strategic consulting for specialist departments and management on cloud strategies, modern workplace transformation and IT security concepts.
• Project management: Technical management of transformation and migration projects, running workshops, and producing technical documentation and decision-making documents.
• Economic assessment: Cost optimisation, capacity planning and the preparation of cost estimates based on Microsoft licensing and pricing models.
• Collaboration: Close coordination with internal infrastructure, security and application teams, as well as external partners and manufacturers.

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional experience: Several years’ experience in Microsoft 365, Azure or cloud architecture, ideally in enterprise environments and complex migration projects.
• Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint), as well as hybrid environments and modern security concepts (Zero Trust).
• Licensing expertise: Confident handling of Microsoft licensing models (e.g. E3/E5, CSP, Enterprise Agreements) and Azure Cost Management for TCO/ROI analysis.
• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert, M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Working style & soft skills: Analytical and strategic thinking, a strong customer focus, and excellent communication and presentation skills when dealing with stakeholders at management level.
• Language skills: Fluent in German and good to very good written and spoken English.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel for work as required by the project.

YOUR TASKS

• Identification and utilisation of sales opportunities for our product portfolio in the field of data integration
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers in potential customer organisations
• Deepening understanding of our product portfolio and its functions in order to effectively communicate the added value to potential customers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive revenue growth.
• Participation in industry events and trade fairs to promote our portfolio and update our knowledge of current trends in data integration.

YOUR PROFIL

• Completed commercial, business or related training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in sales
• Proven experience in software sales, preferably in the field of data integration or a related area
• Understanding of data analysis, data security and other concepts of data integration.
• Enthusiasm for selling innovative technological products
• Willingness to travel on business to support customers and participate in industry events
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Structured and reliable working methods
• Self-motivation and desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Business fluent German, both written and spoken
• Good written and spoken English skills
