YOUR TASKS

• Project management for projects of medium-sized companies
• Interface onboarding of new customers
  
• Analyzing and finding solutions to technical problems and challenges
• Advising and supporting our customers with their interface projects
• Management of existing customers and digitization projects
• Project implementation in international electronic data exchange
• Supporting our sales team from a technical perspective in the sales process
• Collaboration with our partner companies and support as an expert
  

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist or studies in computer science / business informatics or comparable training
• Interest in new technologies and digitalization
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Good German and English language skills on a communicative level
• Experience in solving problems in technical support

The theoretical phases take place at the DHBW Stuttgart Campus Horb. YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• You will use your expertise to help expand the product area for data and system integration.
• You will not only manage the project, but also implement it. This is the only way to ensure that customer requirements are realized without friction losses
• You will work on complex and innovative IT projects, particularly in the e-business environment, and carry out process and project implementations as well as new developments in the area of data and system integration
• As a creative problem solver and contact person, you will provide technical advice to our customers and optimize existing solutions. This also means working closely with our sales consultants and project teams to realize optimal solutions for our customers
• You customize and implement software for specific customer requirements. Therefore, you should also keep yourself up-to-date and analyze and implement innovative software/IT solutions

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic understanding of technology
• Experienced in working with Linux and
• Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of the leading middleware platforms
• Know-how in SQL DB and higher programming languages, preferably Java
• Knowledge of the web technologies HTML, XML, http, web security (SSH2, PGP)
• Consulting and presentation skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
  
  

DESIRABLE ARE

• Knowledge of common EDI communication methods (AS2, (s)FTP, http(s), XML knowledge and experience in XSL)
• Experience in a common EDI/BPM product
• Experience with software development projects and project management
• In addition to your technical know-how, you have excellent analytical skills and can grasp complex processes quickly. Your way of thinking and working is logical and solution-oriented. As we work in a team, you have the ability to work in a team, fairness and commitment, so that you get along well in the community. Occasional business trips may be required for our on-site customer appointments.
